Cancellation Notice
We understand that plans can change. To help us manage our schedule and resources effectively, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other customers who are waiting to improve their home's air quality.

Partial Refunds

If you need to cancel your appointment within 48 hours but before 24 hours, we can offer a partial refund of 50% of the service cost. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may not be eligible for a refund due to the commitment of resources and scheduling.

Safety is paramount, so in the event of severe weather conditions like hurricanes or tropical storms that make it unsafe to perform services, we will reschedule your appointment at no extra charge.
